Keeping one of the most ambitious games ever made stable across every platform it shipped on.
Red Dead Redemption 2 is one of the most complex games ever shipped — a massive open world running across multiple platforms, each with its own performance profile and quirks. My role in Development Support meant being the connective tissue between teams: finding problems before players did, and making sure fixes didn't create new ones.
The role required a broad understanding of how every system in the game interacted. A bug in one area could surface as a symptom somewhere else entirely — catching that required knowing the game deeply, and communicating clearly about what was found and why it mattered.
